Of course there is a slight bias in my answer since I am a planner but the obvious answer is:


I'll put it to you this way, when the day comes, the last thing you want to worry about is...anything really. This is your big day, why SHOULD YOU WORRY? Hire someone to do that AND it doesn't have to break the bank either!

Venue Coordinators and Catering Managers Are NOT Your Planners

This is a common misconception. A lot of couples tell me that they already have a planner provided by the venue. This is highly unlikely for most venues and in most situations you are about to make A HUGE MISTAKE. Venue coordinators and catering managers are VERY important for the pre work of the wedding, they really do a lot and I always love working with them BUT they are not your event planners. THEIR PRIORITY IS THEIR VENUE, NOT YOU. They are going to your event in order to oversee their team and their venue, again, not for you.

It's Not A "Luxury," It's A Necessity

In order for a wedding to be stress-free (or as close as possible to it) and for a wedding to go over like a dream, there needs to be a planner of some sort.

Day of coordinator is not what it seems. When you hire a day of coordinator from Busy Bee's Events, we start working over six weeks before your event. Catering managers usually REQUIRE a Day Of Coordinator because they even know they have to prioritize the venue over the client every single time.
